RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

• Returned with original packaging where reasonably applicable

2. Non-Returnable Items

The listed business address is not automatically an authorized return destination. Contact us first for the applicable return instructions.

6. Return Shipping

For standard discretionary returns, customers may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs unless Apparel Grove states otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt or tracking information until the return process is complete.

Apparel Grove cannot confirm receipt of a returned item until it has actually arrived at the authorized return destination.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
